Learning gained through workplace training, community organisations and personal development programs is not only beneficial but can also be used as evidence towards formal qualifications.
Remention works with industry bodies to develop industry wide solutions to staff development, credential and integration of learning and qualifications into organisation practices.
A large component of this work is working with providers of in-house, non-formal and non-accredited training to map these learning outcomes so that their students, employees or members have opportunities to gain credit and recognition of their learning with either complete or partial qualifications within the Australian Qualifications Framework.
Education and career information are typically similar because education to either gain entrance into or progression within an industry is a well known pathway that often has many complexities and is not always easy to find or understand. Through our partnership with expert career practitioners we work with industries to present the available career pathways and improve career progression within industries.
